Like most great movements of God, Eternal Impact started with a vision—an inspiring picture of what it looks like when leaders are willing to go to heroic lengths to see God’s purposes fulfilled.

We aspire to strategically partner with the local churches and ministry organizations to facilitate life-changing encounters with Jesus Christ through the production of live events, creative media, international mission experiences and practical leadership training.

Our focus on young men and women is producing Christ-like, value-based leaders that are demonstrating God’s character in our churches, our families, our culture, and in the marketplace.

The Message: As founder and CEO of Eternal Impact, John Garrick carries the torch of our mission through public speaking and creative communication at local churches, events and through mass media.

We are utilizing relevant forms of media and in-person encounters to inspire an emerging generation and their influencers to live it out for the sake of Christ!

Impact Teams: We equip and mobilize teams of young Believers from the USA and Europe to participate in overseas mission trips that facilitate school assemblies, university outreaches, work projects, sporting events and powerful acts of compassion to those in need. These young people arrive home with a changed perspective and a passion to live-out the precepts of Christ at home and in their local community.

We partner with the business community and the church to sustain our impact in specific world areas. We purposely support and empower indigenous teenagers and 20-somethings to effectively take the message of Christ to their culture in under-reached areas of the world.

Immersion: We are equipping young adults who are passionate about following Jesus and pursuing lives of meaning & purpose. Immersion is a full-time spiritual growth and leadership development experience! Participants live within community and are immersed into three areas of learning: hands-on equipping, intensive studies and personal discipleship. Those who complete our immersion experience become strong leaders with character who apply ethical business practices and positive faith-centered life skills to impact others around the world.
