Juli Knofler
Executive Assistant
Juli joined the EIM team in July of 2007. She comes to EIM with a Bachelors Degree in Human Services from Elmira College in New York State. Being born an Oregonian, after finishing her degree, she found her way back to the west to be close to family.
In her spare time Juli enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the lake or Oregon Coast and being in the sun as often as the Oregon weather allows. |

Kennedy Kirui
Ministry Director, Uganda
Kennedy takes care of all our Uganda location needs. He works with local universities and organization to arrange for our Global Impact Teams. Before joining the EIM Team in July of 2006, Kennedy attended Kampala International University where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education. He is also working toward his Masters Degree in Education Administration and Management.
When he is not busy running the EIM Uganda office, Kennedy enjoys reading Christian Literature, visiting friends and traveling. |

Candy Dunbar
Treasurer/Accountant
Candy Dunbar takes care of all the financial
records for Eternal Impact Ministries. A graduate of Seattle
Pacific University with a bachelors degree in accounting,
Candy is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in both Oregon
and Washington. She works full time in the public accounting
firm of Jarrard Seibert Pollard & Company, LLC in West
Linn, Oregon.
Candy lives with her husband of sixteen years, Bill, and
their two daughters, Brianna (11) and Nicole (7) in Milwaukie,
Oregon. Candy has been a part of the EIM team since 1999. |

Sarah Strudler
Area Director - East Africa
Sarah joined the EIM team in March 2008. She is responsible for working with the EIM teams here in the U.S. and in East Africa. She develops and trains Global impact teams, travels between sites, and works closely with Kennedy to facilitate the work of EIM in Uganda.
Sarah's involvement with EIM began in 2005 when she was a member of the first Student Impact Team to Uganda. The experience changed her life and Sarah was a volunteer for the ministry up until her hire as E.A. Area Director.
Sarah loves to travel, and has been all over the world though has yet to hit one continent, Asia. In her free time, Sarah loves to spend time with her husband Garrett, doing photography, training for Hood to Coast, riding horses, cooking, or hanging out with friends and family.
